Our contractor is building 4 apartments, each with its own piece of land, each apartment also has its own private veranda or balcony. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom, in other words it is a suite. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. The apartments will be ready at the end of 2022, will be delivered ready to move in, they have built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms, the bathrooms will be fully installed including tiling, shower and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with all the usual appliances including a dishwasher. The entire apartment is already equipped with a laminate floor upon delivery. Double glazing in aluminum frames, shutters and good insulation make it maintenance-friendly and complete. All you have to do is move or buy your furniture.
In this phase of the construction, you can even decide on all kinds of finishing details such as colors of the floor, tiles and sanitary. With us, almost everything is included, so no long list of additional work: air conditioning and heating in all bedrooms and the living room, alarm system, but also solar panels so that the energy bill remains low. All of them are already included and integrated. The lower 2 apartments have meanwhile been sold, the 2 upper apartments are still available and yes, they can also be merged into 1 large penthouse in this phase of construction. Or you buy 1 extra for the rental.
The location is not in the touristic Algarve, but in the quiet and green North of Portugal. Sea, vineyards, and forests are close by. In 15 minutes, you are in Esposende and you can enjoy a nice glass of wine on a terrace by the sea and enjoy a beautiful sunset. Even Spanish cities like Vigo and Santiago de Compostela are only 1.5 hours away. Lisbon is 3 hours by car or train. Closer to your new home are beautiful historic cities; For example, Porto is only half an hour by car and Braga center 15 minutes. However, in 5 minutes you are in beautiful Barcelos. This small town has everything from several large supermarkets to a nice historic center with small local shops and delicious restaurants. The people are friendly and eating out is still very affordable and very tasty.
